They explained everything well, even drawing pictures for me However, maybe they were tired, so they were a little rude, but not too bad The consultation coordinator was kind I went for eye consultation, and when I asked about my nose, they actually advised against alar reduction because of the scar, which made me trust them more They said it was fifty-fifty.. I couldn't do it because the reservation schedule didn't work out, which was disappointing They said they would do a lot of aftercare
