I went for a consultation about eye revision surgery, and the wait was insanely long. I don't know if it was because I went on the weekend, but I almost just went home while waiting The director did take a good look at my eyes, but he used a bit of technical jargon? so there were moments I didn't understand what he was saying, and the consultation time was short, which was disappointing. The manager was kind, but there was a bit of pressure to book on the same day, so I felt uncomfortable and just left after the consultation. I went because of the good reviews, and the consultation itself was fine!
