It feels like this place is not suitable for very high-difficulty surgeries, and more specialized for casual procedures like a first-time surgery. I didn't get the sense that they would take care of me one-on-one.. The director was kind, and the front desk seemed to have some kind of strict hierarchy? The manager was kind too, but felt like a somewhat scary boss lady lol There wasn't much waiting.
