About 10 years ago I had a bulbous nose surgery here, and I remember them being very honest. I had the surgery as a birthday present when I was 18 in the winter, and I remember being worried at the time that I was too young and they'd refuse the surgery... I'm 27 now, and it hasn't drooped at all and has held up very well. In fact, an acquaintance asked me where I got my nose done, went there, and it turned out well. I heard that for that friend, shaving the hump as well brought the total to about 5 million won. I had 2 mm silicone on the bridge, and the tip lifted with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and I'm satisfied. People who haven't had nose surgery can't really tell unless they've seen someone who's had it before.
