Whenever I asked questions, they only said things like it should be possible, which made it even more vague and confusing. My nose isn’t an easy nose, but maybe because they didn’t explain in detail, I couldn’t bring myself to decide on surgery. The wait was longer than my reservation time too, but the director and the staff were kind.
