They shaped the line exactly how I wanted it. But the consultation manager was kind of all over the place. He kept repeating what the doctor had already said, and instead of answering a question directly, he'd ramble at the start and only eventually say the answer I expected. I almost didn't need the consultation with the manager, but it took up too much time. The doctor answered my questions faithfully and wasn't the type to reassure me first, so it would be good to prepare your questions in advance. I liked the line and the surgical method.
