I remember this was in the winter of 2011. I had broken my nasal bone before, so I was stressed and went in for a surgery consultation, but instead of encouraging me after I'd gathered my courage to come in for surgery, they asked why I didn't just live as a man and not have the surgery. The consultation itself was very professional and the explanation was good. Then around 2014, when I went because my nose had become bloated after the surgery and it was stressing me out, they were just kind of indifferent, said it was acne scar next to the nose, and gave me a shot carelessly. The aftercare was extremely unsatisfying, and the nurse at the hospital at the time was also very rude.
