It seems like they prioritize natural results, and since my nose is difficult to operate on because I have a upturned nose, bulbous nose, and crooked nose, they said from the start that they do not do cases using costal cartilage at this hospital. Since I said I did not plan to use costal cartilage, they went ahead with the consultation, and when I looked at the before-and-after photos, the change was not dramatic, but it seems like they prioritize safety, so I thought it was okay, though the reviews are so mixed that I am still debating..
