An acquaintance of an acquaintance had nose surgery here and said it looked natural, so I went for a consultation. They said that during surgery they use some kind of medication? to temporarily reduce swelling so that the person themselves can check the shape of the nose and proceed as they want. The director was kind and answered my questions well, but honestly I didn't trust it so I only had the consultation.
