Maybe because it's a big hospital, the waiting time is honestly insane. Still, all the staff and the doctor were kind, and the consultation was detailed. They drew on an iPad and explained that roughly this line would rise by about this much. Honestly, I’m not sure whether the alar base reduction was successful. Even after that, I still had stress about the nasolabial area... The doctor's aesthetic preference seems to be a little closer to natural than soft and dramatic. People around me all said my nose looks good, not overdone, and not obvious. But I wanted a nose with a slightly greater share of dramatic rather than soft, so I do feel a little disappointed with the result.
