You consult with the director first. The director isn’t particularly kind. They just say, if you want to do it, then do it; they never pressure you. I heard they specialize in incision surgery. The manager and staff were really kind, and since I had only consulted with male directors before, everyone kept saying, “If you want to do it, then do it.” I needed an honest opinion from a woman’s perspective, so the manager was a big help in deciding to have the surgery.
