A male friend got his nose done here first and it turned out well, so I was introduced to them and went in for a revision consultation. It was probably around 2020, and my reason for revision was dissatisfaction with the shape. At my first surgery (at another hospital), they used the septum and it was a disaster, so I went in planning to revise dramatically using autologous costal cartilage, but they strongly recommended using ear cartilage instead of autologous costal cartilage... so I lost the will to have surgery here. I’m sure there are many people who had good results with ear cartilage here, but I really wonder why they didn’t want to use rib cartilage.
