I went through consultation in this order: manager -> director -> manager, and I had to keep my wits about me. If you space out, you could easily get swept up by the manager’s smooth talk... Anyway, everyone was kind and explained things in detail. The director seems to prefer something that may be a little noticeable and pretty over something so natural that it doesn’t show.
