I went to get a canthoplasty consultation because only one of my eyes is a hooded, slit-eye shape. But they said that if I wanted a definite effect, incision surgery would be the surest option. The director answered very thoroughly and kindly. They said that if I wanted a natural look and was worried about scars, I should do non-incisional canthoplasty, and if I wanted longer eyes and a definite effect, they recommended incision surgery + epicanthoplasty.
