O Doctor Oh's consultation was extremely kind. He explained everything when I asked about things, as long as there was a little time to spare, and his style was to explain things quietly and calmly. He told me how to get a cleaner line, and the director was kind too. Among the places I went around to consult, this was the only one that gave me the consultation notes together with a business card, which I liked.
