I had lip and nose surgery for cleft lip. The asymmetry of my nose and the bulky look were improved, but the deviation of the columella was not improved very well. There is still some crookedness left. Since I was asymmetrical to begin with, that part is understandable, but at least it improved compared to before, and the lip scar healed well. But because they made the incision all the way to the corners of the mouth, my mouth became bigger too, and I have to live with the firmness and discomfort from the lip scar.
