This may just be personal taste, but first of all I liked the interior design. Looking out through the open window toward the outside kept the waiting time from feeling boring. I didn't get the impression that the desk staff were especially friendly, but the consultation manager was cheerful. After consulting with the doctor, he explained things carefully and in a good way, but he did tend to answer a bit vaguely. Rather than feeling clear-cut, I felt like he was answering cautiously about things that could be problematic. Overall, the consultation felt good.
