I consulted three hospitals, and among the places I consulted, the manager here was the kindest and most thorough. The director was on the plain side, but I liked that he clearly said what could and could not be done. Unlike many other places, they had an anesthesiologist on site, so I felt reassured, and unlike many places that don't provide CCTV recordings, this was the only hospital among the ones I visited where the recording could be viewed. That was what drew me the most, so I decided to go ahead with the surgery. The only regret was that they didn't take a CT during the consultation
