The doctor touched my nose and showed me the line with a cotton swab. I liked that they really pursued a natural look. The explanations were also detailed, and I was glad they didn't recommend silicone because my skin is thin. However, when I said my alar base seemed big, they immediately said we should do alar reduction too, which made me hesitate a bit. Maybe alar reduction varies aesthetically by doctor, but anyway.. And since there was no CT, it was a bit disappointing that they said they'd only know once they opened it during surgery.
