Well, they do listen carefully and all, but rather than the doctor taking the initiative to explain, it felt more like they answered well whenever I kept asking what I was curious about. The consultation went fine, but since it's a revision surgery, it was just a tiny difference? I didn't really get that sense of trust. They gave a diagnosis right away without properly looking at my current condition.. But the reviews are good and they seem professional, so I'm still thinking about it.
