Hmm, I’m not sure. People say they can feel unfriendly because they just tell you the facts, and I’ve been to several places that were said to be unfriendly, but I think they really were just unfriendly. The consultation manager just explained the price, so they weren’t exactly very friendly or anything. I’ve been getting consultations about visible cartilage, and everywhere else said it was visible, but only here said it wasn’t visible and that they didn’t understand why I thought it was visible (in an annoyed tone). They said it was the contour of the tip of the nose showing through. If I hate that too, then just lower the tip more, but then you’ll have to accept that it’ll look more hump-like, lower and puffier. They said it in that kind of way, and I was like, well, I want improvement, not ugliness, so when they talked like that I had nothing to say and then they said, you don’t have any more questions, right? and I left saying yes.
