I made a reservation because I got recommended this place a lot, so even though it was a bit hard to book, I visited. The desk staff were kind, and the wait was not too bad, so that was fine. But I do not think the director's style matched me very well. I wanted them to focus only on the tip of my nose, but it felt like they thought the whole nose needed to be fixed.. The consultation itself was thorough and done well, and the manager seemed to push for a deposit a little, but not in an overly aggressive way, so it was not bad.
