I remember there was a consultation fee, and I’m not sure whether that was just the director’s personality or the person’s actual nature, but to put it kindly it felt cool and detached, or otherwise a bit rude. No matter what I asked the director, the answer was always that there was no problem. That was a big reason I didn’t choose this hospital.
