I had surgery because the director’s passion and confidence made me trust them. After the surgery, whenever I was worried, I would go back and call them directly (the director). What reassured me was that they handled things right away and checked on me. But separate from whether they actually take care of you well, the director isn’t the type to smile brightly and gently reassure you, so I think people may misunderstand them as rude. (It’s more like, “Let’s take a quick look! Hmm, let’s just leave this for now, yeah”, “Let’s get one shot, yeah” -> kind of like that.) Overall, I’m satisfied with the surgery, but the scar tissue? around the bridge of my nose is something I’m not satisfied with, and I’ll need to keep watching it. They said if it still looks like this by the end of this year and it keeps bothering me, they’ll take action, but I’m stressed about why it didn’t go well the first time. The staff and the clinic facilities both felt as comfortable as a local internal medicine clinic, not really like a plastic surgery hospital. Because of that, it didn’t seem like work was being carried out in a very systematic way. It lacked a bit of a professional feel..? But there is also a comfort that comes from that. I think this will be a matter of preference. As for not making the interior flashy, the director said the slippery marble floor and dust settling on decorations wouldn’t be good for patients, so they didn’t do it.
