I went for a consultation for nose surgery. It was possible to do it without silicone. The doctor examined me carefully and explained everything with a model. Everything seemed good, but the reviews were extremely polarizing, so I'm still thinking about it now. It seems like a lot of people do it here, but the reviews being so extreme on both sides is confusing.
