They were definitely kind during the consultation, but if I talked about dissatisfaction after surgery, their friendliness dropped fast. I had a full nose removal surgery, and because they touched the nasal bone, one side of the nasal bone ended up not being shaved down enough. They were supposed to open the left ear, but they opened the right ear instead, and when I asked about it, only then did they switch to the left ear.
