I only went for a scar consultation, but they explained everything carefully enough that I didn’t feel like I wasted the consultation fee. They answered as many questions as possible, and after the consultation with the director, the manager? showed me similar cases and told me roughly how the results might turn out, which I liked. I recommend going if you’re worried about scars.
