They're kind, and after the surgery they take really good care of you! The waiting time is always long and there are lots of people, so it's not easy to get an appointment haha. Still, for me, I was satisfied because I was thinking not that the scar had to improve 100 percent, of course that would be nice, but that it would be enough if it improved to some extent.
