I consulted with the director, and they seemed very proud of eye surgery. It seemed like they had done a lot of double-eyelid surgery, but there didn't seem to be many cases of the under-eye fat removal surgery I consulted about. They explained that each doctor uses a different method for under-eye fat removal, and the doctor themself was kind.
