I went for a consultation through an acquaintance's introduction, and it seems the director is extremely busy They spent about 5 to 7 minutes and then went off to do surgery. That was a little disappointing But the consultation manager was so kind and helpful. Even though this was a revision surgery, they spoke honestly, so it felt trustworthy.
