I had eye fat removed and had the surgery done by incision last December. I said I didn't want a thick line because I was worried it might turn into a sausage look later, and showed photos of the in-out line I wanted. It turned out exactly pretty, and I'm so satisfied that even people around me say the surgery went well But these days I sometimes open my eyes using my forehead, so I regret not having eye correction done at the same time Because of the eye fat, I feel like it'll probably become a hidden double eyelid if a lot of time passes. I'll see how it goes then and, if it's serious, I'll get revision surgery.
