I looked into surgeries and clinics to reduce the length of my philtrum, and ended up having surgery at Mano Plastic Surgery. Since I only had time on weekends, I booked my consultation with plenty of time to spare. Philtrum surgery is classified as a special procedure, and I heard there aren't many places that do it, but Mano had a variety of philtrum reviews and, above all, I liked that it was a one-doctor clinic. Usually the director only meets you briefly during the pre-op consultation and again right before surgery, and that's often the end of it, but at Mano the doctor personally checked on me every time I came in for follow-ups. The hospital atmosphere and how kind the nurses are seem about the same as other hospitals, and the surgery went well without scars, so I'm happy!
