I had a consultation in the order of manager, then director. The manager explained various things, and because the director was in surgery I waited about 10-15 minutes for the consultation! The wait was worth it because the director explained everything in such detail that I became even more drawn to the clinic. The clinic is not large, but it feels trustworthy.
