It felt like they recommended open-incision surgery almost every time I consulted about double eyelid surgery. I wondered if it was because they were worried it might loosen later and they didn't want to be blamed, but something felt off so I got surgery at another clinic. It didn't really appeal to me My acquaintance also did it, and seeing the eye condition afterward, it wasn't the line I wanted either.
