I had ptosis and my eyes themselves were too small, so I had my first surgery in early 2018 after the CSAT. They recommended eye-opening correction, including front and back canthoplasty, and double eyelid surgery, but in the end I went with monolid eye-opening correction, and the result became something that feels hard to describe. The ptosis is still slightly left, and looking back now, I wonder if I should have gone with double eyelid surgery so it would have looked more natural. Please keep in mind that the surgery was a long time ago.
