I had previous fat grafting experience, and over time it all disappeared, so I had long been keeping this hospital in mind as a place that does beautiful designs and does them safely. I had surgery here this time. The uncomfortable part was that, unlike before, the pain at the fat harvest site lasted a long time, and after the full-face procedure I had no sensation in the top of my scalp. The feeling came back after about two weeks, but then pain started. The hospital said it was because of the anesthesia when they worked on the forehead and that it would improve as time passed. It did improve, but I still have pain at the crown area. The design was done carefully and they really make it look very natural. I like it, but since this was the first round, it will fade quickly, so I plan to definitely do a second round.
