The staff aren't friendly. What's more, the manager is slow to respond even though it's before surgery.. The consultation with the doctor was sincere and good, though.. The overall hospital atmosphere was also dark, so for some reason I worried about the surgery. And since the manager kept saying it would definitely heal fast and turn out well, I felt pressured to get the surgery soon. I think they were trying to speak positively and nicely, but for a worrier like me, it actually made me worry more
