Because of multiple revision nose surgeries, my mental state was very hard and my nose condition was bad, but I liked how they looked at it and only mentioned the parts that were needed. They also immediately picked up on what I was feeling uneasy about, and when it came to the material that would go into my nose, they said they would use only my own, which eased some of my anxiety about contracture. The manager who consulted with me was also kind and thorough, which I appreciated.
