I had medial canthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty with non-incisional double eyelid surgery 10 years ago, but now it has loosened a bit and both sides are uneven, so I joined this community to look into revision surgery. The double eyelid surgery itself was worth it, so I was satisfied with that, but the asymmetry is severe, the lateral canthoplasty has tightened back up, and the medial canthoplasty turned out differently on each side.
