I had my first nose surgery here just because it was close to home, but I learned that for nose surgery, you have to go to Seoul.... They only do really simple nose surgeries even among nose operations, and I had a hump nose, but they didn't shave down the hump and only raised the tip, so in the end, over time, the hump came back... I had revision surgery in Seoul.
