I had surgery 5 to 6 years ago. I was uncomfortable because there was a strong smell of cigarettes on the director's hands during the surgery. I didn't know back then that it was a system where the consultation manager meets you -> reservation deposit -> director consultation, but now that I think about it, I realize it was an absurd system.
