They consulted very thoroughly, explaining everything in detail one by one and clearly saying what was and wasn't possible. They spoke very frankly about what condition my nose is in, so I could understand the situation clearly. They also shaped the form directly for me, so I could get a sense of how the surgery would turn out. The consultation manager was also very kind. The only downside is that it's expensive.
