I liked that the director pointed out my questions first. During the consultation, they didn't speak vaguely; they explained things by saying clearly what could be done and why something couldn't be done, which made the consultation feel trustworthy. But they did seem quite busy. It would be good to make a precise list of questions before going. There was no push to book, and the manager was also very kind. It was a pretty good hospital.
