The waiting time wasn't long, and the inside of the hospital was clean too. The staff seemed relaxed as well. The manager was kind, and Director Oh Hwa-young also explains things carefully and in a way that even someone like me, who knows nothing about cosmetic surgery, can understand. I ended up not getting the surgery here, but the consultation experience was so good that I decided to write this.
