The consultation manager made the atmosphere comfortable, kind of like casual chatting. I kept asking questions in advance, but it didn't seem like those questions were passed on to the director. The director explained the expected effects in detail and gave examples that made it easy to understand. The clinic facilities looked fine, and maybe because it was the afternoon, there weren't many people.
