It was a nose surgery consultation, and I guess I had too high expectations because it was a pretty large hospital. The consultation was short, and in the middle of it the manager came in and just stood there nodding every time the director spoke,,, When I tried to look at before-and-after photos, they said I could just look at them together with the manager, so it was a pretty disappointing consultation.
