For the Hiko, my nose was already on the high side, so they said they would make it just a little more natural, and I only did a small amount. The effect was good, but I don't think I'd do it twice. The marble injection is really effective. I bought three sessions and later got one more added. But it's expensive... and if you gain weight, it's back to square one... manage your weight so you don't gain any...
