I'm writing this because this is the first hospital that made me feel this kind of attitude, even though I've had surgery about ten times. I listed the prices including VAT. I knew they did aggressive marketing, but I had been satisfied with scar treatment and nostril Botox here long ago, so I came back after a long time with high expectations. On the day of the appointment, they suddenly called around 1 p.m. and asked if my 2:30 appointment could be changed to 3:00. So I said okay and arrived around 2:45 and waited. Since the appointment had been changed to 3:00, I waited thinking it was fine, but even after 3:00 there was no 안내, and after about 20 to 30 minutes the consultation manager finally started the consultation. So I thought, ah, I guess I can finally get the procedure now, paid, and waited, but after that there was still no word... In the middle of it, I asked the front desk staff too, but without any explanation like this or that, with a tired expression they only said, "It'll start soon"... So even after waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, the procedure still hadn't happened, so I got a refund and left ^__^. If there was going to be a delay, it would have felt a little less bad if they had at least said so in advance, but like a bundle of barley straw left lying around, everyone who came after me had already finished their procedures and left, and the packed clinic was down to only two people. So when I asked while canceling the procedure payment, they said it was because I received some of the other simple procedures from a different doctor, but in that case it would have been better if they had told me which doctor would take how many minutes. I thought they all took the same amount of time, so I just asked for the person I knew was good. The killer part was that as I was trying to leave, while canceling the payment amount, they told me to pay a 10,000 won consultation fee lol. Honestly, if they hadn't mentioned the consultation fee, I don't think I would have even planned to write a review. That really ruined my mood here lol. Fortunately the lady who had consulted me came out and said I could just go, and handled it well, but if they had kept insisting on the 10,000 won, I think I would have blown up there. Anyway, because it was a crowded weekend and I didn't want to be late, I left two hours before my appointment, sat there like a bundle of barley straw for an hour and a half, and then left. The way back was also congested, so thanks to them I spent about five hours doing nothing and just wasting time on the road... If you're going to get the angled line procedure, make sure you clear your whole day. Even if you wait an hour and a half there, you still won't get treated ^^!!
