They aren't kind..... it depends on the staff, but the people at the front desk especially are like that, and their facial expressions were really bad. The consultant was extremely kind! The doctor isn't rude, but they go straight into the procedure without a separate consultation, so that was a bit surprising.. Still, I feel like it may be worth the expensive price!
