It felt a bit off that I first consulted with the director before seeing the doctor.. The consultant was kind too, but... the consultation was over in about five minutes and I was rushed into the treatment room, which was nice, but when the doctor actually came in, he said he didn’t recommend the procedures I had been planning to do, so ;;; I was thrown off...
